This week we congratulate Pritzker Laureate Zaha Hadid for recently becoming
Dame Zaha by order of the Queen of England. Besides practicing architecture in London for over thirty years, the Iraq-born Hadid has designed lamps, tables, wall coverings, sofas, and shoes. You can see the work of Zaha Hadid Architects at the London 2012 Olympic games—look where the swimmers and divers are hanging out.
